I make it a point to practise what I shared in crystal therapy. I have shared many techniques with no hidden secrets to all my crystal class students. I always believe its a great happiness to bring happiness to people, be useful and contribute to the well being of the society. I can earn a lot a lot more if I want to, by charging $200 for a crystal therapy session. Nope, that is not me. I love freedom, I love to speak freely with love and light. I woke up daily 5am to do qi gong, crystal therapy, chant mantra. To be is not a chore. I know that by doing this, I will have a better life. In fact, I am Kiasu. I want to age gracefully and have a clean mind when I leave this world.
The next time before you sleep.... Hold a crystal and think......................" Today, have I say something that contributes happiness to a family or people/ Or have you done something or action to contribute happiness to people.......?"
Have a meaningful life. Don't weaken your energy by playing with IPHONE, facebook etc. Some may tell me, "Bryan, I have a difficult family. I don't have mood to do anything..."
Ok fine, if that's your choice. Nobody can help ourselves, except ourselves. If you are able to spend 5mins a day on crystal therapy or mantra, you are actually helping yourself. Its sad to know that you can't spare yourself 5 mins a day.

Bryan's daily routine : Wake up at 5am. Go downstairs to do Qi Gong. Chant mantra under a tree silently. Walk to market to eat breakfast. By 6.30am, I'm at home to cook some soup for my family (not daily) and write blog.

I am still pondering, "Do you want me to open a Crystal Practical Class to do crystal therapy together?I used to conduct this class after I completed a few crystal classes at $38 for a 2 hours session. It is only for all crystal class students and practical class will not be a big class so that everyone can do practical together. Should I or should I not? I am not sure, got to see how it fits into my schedule.

More than 15 years :)

It is not easy to promulgate crystal therapy in Singapore, especially when the correct concept was not educated properly. Many people has the idea that Crystal therapy is complicated and religious...it is human being who made things complicated. My master Mi Li Li who has more than 30 years of experiences in stone said, "Just hold a stone and relax while you are seated on sofa. Forget about visulisation. Just relax." She is no longer in Singapore and I miss her a lot..

Today mum held my cardamon quartz and said," Why got "tin tin tin" feeling on my palm?" She is talking about the tingling sensation. To tell you the truth, mum never ask me about Crystal therapy until today. Hmmm......What special day is it today?

There was once where I did a distant crystal healing for mum. She asked me why she feels some tingling kinda of things on her hand for the whole day..... Hmmmm ... how should I explain to mum? So I told her is "Qi" ^^

Not everyone including myself can feel energy. Although I can't feel energy but I feel good when holding crystal. Never force yourself to feel energy. If you can feel energy, please let go the energy and resume to be a normal person at peace with yourself. There are some crystal therapists who are too extreme...everything they say is about energy, even mee pok also can feel energy.

Bryan Lao Shi studied fortune telling for 20 years..many masters have given me the empowerment, but I still dare not do fortune telling for people.

"There are some people who learn a bit of fortune telling and went around doing reading for people, on the pretext of helping people. Otherwise, they cannot take it, and may suffer from bloated stomach, bad love or family relationships.... etc...... .

If you do fortune telling and give postive guidance/advice, you will be ok etc... If in future any of your friends doing fortune telling and they start to suffer... they must help themselves first. For eg, if they do fortune telling for one person and instil fear to that person, this fortune teller must go vegetarian for a month, daily chant 2000 times mantra to make confession.

Its the birthday of 福德正神. I decided to write something here.

福 是 果, 德是因.... We experience good luck because we created our luck from this life or past life. It is all about accumulating merits.

Da Bo Gong, is like a protector of Buddha's teaching(philosphy of life not religious) .. Reminding us to accumulate merits. Da Bo Gong's love for all is equal...regardless they are poor or rich.

Perhaps you may be facing a lot of problems now, juse cultivate and enjoy the process of doing good. Life is very short, how many ten years have we left with?

If you are leading a smooth life now, continue to do good. Do not only know how to enjoy and forget to do good for others..because you will use up your merits very fast.

The human spirit is associated with peace and calmness, but the mind disturbs it. We are born with purity and tranquility, but human emotions disturb it. Let us work on our emotions for good.... and the mind will automatically be calm ................good luck will follow ^^

You can be 90 years old now and reading my blog, thinking there's not much time left for you, so why bother to do good. The process of doing good to others is always enjoyable and brings peace to the heart. Do not forget to continue cultivating good FU BAO. You will need it for your next life. Cultivating Fu Bao is not about religion, it is about the heart. I am not asking you to calm your heart immediately. At least, make an effort by setting aside 3 or 5mins daily to chant mantra (or using your own religion method)

NB: Research confirmed that the waterloo Kwan Yin is Cundi Kwan Yin because it can reach out to all kinds of people. You can chant the mantra even in toilet, PMS time or anytime. It is a very compassionate mantra. So far, I have advised this mantra to many people and it has helped them in relationships etc. Its very very .... hmmm...I should not use the word powerful.... its very 感应 as long you have faith in it.

Activated Fengshui Items and You

We are afterall human being. It is inevitabel for human to fall sick, and experience ups and down in life. Using FS items helps to reduce the damage of negative stars and instil positive energy into our life.

Remember having good luck and feng shui only is not enough, you will need to work hard, perserve through tough times and emerge as a winner. You will become the real winner as you success with a calm heart and mind. THERE is NO SHORT CUT:

Not to worry too much.

At the age of 39, 40 to 41, or 59, 60 61, or 78, 79, 81, this 3 groups of numbers is called San Chun Nian. It is better to do more prayer and chant more mantra. If you are 39 or 49 or 59(be it ang mo or lunar age), we avoid this age number.

I wonder if you have noticed celebrities who passed on recently is around this age range. Nope, this theory is not from Bryan but was already known during our grandma's time. Well, just sharing...Personally, I felt the age of 39/40 years old tends to be the most tiring period in terms of stress. Once passed 41 years old, one will feel better.

Not to worry too much if you happen to be at this age range, just have faith and pray to Kwan Yin Ma. Chant Kwan Yin mantra daily. Go vegetarian on your birthday. I will teach you how to pray during Bai Bai Class,.

Once a week, burn some sandalwood incense too.

Xiao Ren Transformed to Gui Ren is the highest Attainment

Even the most powerful master will also meet Xiao Ren, bad people etc. The main thing is how they handle the matter and we learn from them.

I went Holland Road Shopping Center yesterday. Somehow, my sixth sense tells me I will have to go through a test. Its ok. Everything happens for a reason.

I went to a shop and wanted to get some toys for an orphanage project. I went in, pick up an item and asked the shop lady nicely," Is there another design?"
Her reaction caught me by surprise. She shouted at me,"You people always like to ask me, all on the shelf". Bryan trying to cultivate loving kindess, so I tolerate....and then I walked out. I was a bit caught off when she further added, "You stupid people."

Oh dear....Her reaction was never what I have expected. My hands and feet suddenly cold and headache striked me hahahahaaa I did not argue back. Yesterday, was a puja day ahahha.... .
I went to Coffee Club at Holland Village and started writing on my diary on the lesson for me to learn from this encounter.
WOW to my surprise, my Professor called me. I asked him if there are illnesses caused by anger, being bullied by people and unable to fight back but to tolerate...and as a result, suffers from cold hand cold feet....

Analogy: Your mother in law bully you and you can't do anything....hhahahhahaaa

My Master taught me a super TEA recipe. This tea helps in this above situation. It will not affect your health and can continue to practise loving kindness hahahahahaaa.

Every encounter in life is a precious lesson for us to learn. We can transform a bad experience into something that can benefit people. Without this lady, I will not receive the recipe from my Master and share with people, right?

Einstein once mentioned, if there's any religion that can go side by side with science, it will be Buddhism. I am not trying to promote religion. Through this blog, I hope to propagate human values, be positive using simple FS tools, developed a peaceful and calm state of the heart.
I talk about balance of spirit, emotion, mind and body; Many people say body mind and emotion spirit! For me, it is the other way round. Healthy spirit and mind will eventually have a healthy body. Chanting mantra or saying om and affirmation are some methods to work your spirit and emotions ...... To be continued...

I wonder is it true when technology gets more advance, people are getting smarter and more educated ....human gets less warm hearted...less compassionate....and the world we lived in suffers from more destruction....is that true? Why?

Let's not talk about religion. I felt our education syllabus should have more topics on human values, compassion , warm hearted and loving kindness..

Many striked after Lap Chun walk

Lap Chun strongest energy is for a period of about 15 days from 4th Feb 2012. And turn to Summer when May..

During this Lap Chun period, it is good to start putting your fengshui items. I know some of you put your fengshui items before Lap Chun, that's ok :D Certain directions you can take not now, like North etc ... refer to the www.omhealth.com/fuqi2012.htm . If you have Fu Qi coin, you can go temple and rotate it 13 times during these 2 weeks. Touch and rub the coin when you feel the Anger Star strikes you.
Many people told me they felt a bit angry during the period of CNY and the garden walk makes them feel good. This is because Mother Nature will balance our energy. Fu Qi coin is designed to balance the dragon Qi to you and supply you with merits to meet right situations.

All my lucky items received proper activation, with Zu Sa, blessings and lots of things done with love and light. Do remember luck have ups and down. There are many other people who are worst off than your situations...but some of them can lead a happier life than you. Why? Because these people do not see themselves as suffering. They may not even be rich people, and could be making ends meet every now and then. However, these people knew how to be thoughful and kind to others, extend their helping hands to people who needs them even more. Even if you are not helping out in any welfare association, you can still help people in your daily lives. You may not have the financial means to help others, but you can send your prayers to all in this world. There are many ways to help others and do good, its the intention and heart that matters.

Candle at home

Most candle is many hours.. I prefer to use the tea light red one which is better quality. The gel one gets blown off easily by wind and sometimes the wick is too thin and get extinguised easily... On top of this, I am also worry about the heat effect on the glass. You can have it light up for 10mins but when you need to go out, just fan off. Don't use your mouth to blow it off.

Give thanks to all people and volunteers

Completion of FU BAO project and 9 days to temples and Malaysia too. My volunteers will need to staple the books and post them out to you as soon as we can within this 2 weeks. Its still a festive period so hope you understand. The book is out of good will, printed and need to staple one by one for 500 families but we have only 3 volunteers helping out. A big thanks to Jennifer and volunteers. Folks, we must really be grateful and appreciate the help from these volunteers, isn't it? The 3 volunteers are namely from high post in Bank, CEO of a company and a Singapore famous charity lady who built school and road in Cambodia .... they are sending you this Ti Gong book. These people are really really nice and warm hearted. Don't you feel lucky? I feel very blessed.

Bryan's Incense Ingredients Secret

Above is call Queen of Flower resin GUM. It is normally grind to powder and make into incesne in ancient time. This is very rare now..... most incense we see in the retail market is chemical mixed....

I have successfully met up with the Father of Japan Incense making recipes master. He finally agreed to share some of his recipes after my persistant numbers of visits.

(I spent a lot of money to buy things and learn...I guessed he saw my sincerity and willing to teach me now)

I am going to share what I have learnt and have ordered Dragon Tree Flower incense, which I will give to all of you in class. Many people felt I am teaching too much for an "Angel Healing class" because some places collect $80 just for 1 hour angel healing seminar. Whereas, I am conducting a 3 hours class for angel healing cums incense making.

I don't know. Its just me because I like to share. I believe if we put our heart to do good, Heaven will help us and the results will be powerful. I really don't see the point of keeping good things to ourselves. Its a lot better to share things for highest good.
