Health and LUCK

I make it a point to practise what I shared in crystal therapy. I have shared many techniques with no hidden secrets to all my crystal class students. I always believe its a great happiness to bring happiness to people, be useful and contribute to the well being of the society. I can earn a lot a lot more if I want to, by charging $200 for a crystal therapy session. Nope, that is not me. I love freedom, I love to speak freely with love and light. Some of you may find me too direct hahahaa....but that is energy.

May 2012 Class - "Health and Beauty with Bryan"
I will share with newcomers on my way of health and beauty for Mind, Emotion and Body with foodcure, acupressure and herbs...... This is to prepare all newcomers for the biggest health talk in SIngapore "SILK SCROLL OF HEALTH".

I woke up daily 5am to do qi gong, crystal therapy, chant mantra. To be is not a chore. I know that by doing this, I will have a better life. In fact, I am Kiasu. I want to age gracefully and have a clean mind when I leave this world.
The next time before you sleep.... Hold a crystal and think......................" Today, have I say something that contributes happiness to a family or people/ Or have you done something or action to contribute happiness to people.......?"
Have a meaningful life. Don't weaken your energy by playing with IPHONE, facebook etc. Some may tell me, "Bryan, I have a difficult family. I don't have mood to do anything..."
Ok fine, if that's your choice. Nobody can help ourselves, except ourselves. If you are able to spend 5mins a day on crystal therapy or mantra, you are actually helping yourself. Its sad to know that you can't spare yourself 5 mins a day.

Bryan's daily routine : Wake up at 5am. Go downstairs to do Qi Gong. Chant mantra under a tree silently. Walk to market to eat breakfast. By 6.30am, I'm at home to cook some soup for my family (not daily) and write blog.

I am still pondering, "Do you want me to open a Crystal Practical Class to do crystal therapy together?I used to conduct this class after I completed a few crystal classes at $38 for a 2 hours session. It is only for all crystal class students and practical class will not be a big class so that everyone can do practical together. Should I or should I not? I am not sure, got to see how it fits into my schedule.
