A) If main door facing North, put a pink door mat and hang a 5 dynasty coin on the knob of your main door prevents lost of wealth/Bo cai, quarrel among family members, prevent family members having bad mood. [ Hang a rose quartz to enhance love] .

B) Bedroom at North: result in quarrel easily all because of small matter. Affecting love relationships. It also result in career office politics. [Hang rose quartz to enhance love and good ren yuan]

C) Even if the North side of your house is a corner, there will still be a lot of gossips and Siao ren. Quickly hang a 5 dynasty coin there. Maybe the bazi of your house with the North effect is so strong and radiates out.

Love and Care

Very often, we focus too much on our daily life. The cycle continues everyday without us realising that we are also amplifying all the problems in our lives at the same time. This will only make us feel that life is full of problems and unhappiness. Every difficulties encountered is a challenge for us to see how we can manage and learn during the process. A lot to do with our mindset and whether we can be able to see things with an OPEN HEART.

Of course, telling you not to worry is impossible because I am not in your position. But think again, if you worry too much and get upset for too long, the negative energy will accumulate and affect your health. It will be another problem if you fall sick, isn't it?
You must LEARN and make an effort to get out of the situation. Consulting a doctor, learning breathing exercise, aromatherapy etc will be helpful.

We are actually very fortunate in many different ways.
COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS AND NOT COUNT YOUR PROBLEMS.


During my journey as a volunteer, I came across people who used to be very successful in their younger days. However, stress and depression affected their health because they did not managed to strike a balance in their lifestyles. Actually, I learnt a lot from these people. They will tell me their stories as I massaged them. Their life experiences served as a constant reminder to me that I should cherish things that I have and share what I have.

I remembered about 10 years ago, the world famous health therapist in Singapore brought his love and care by performing massage for the elderly and cancer patients at St Joseph Home. I joined him once a month to be a volunteer. It has been a very meaningful period for me. Through him, I learnt the true meaning of sharing and love. I am still learning because I am not perfect. I do lost my temper sometimes but I know the way to get out of the situation fast.

One important thing to take note. We must learn to love ourselves first before we can love others. Loving ourselves does not mean to be selfish and think for yourself first before others. To love yourself is to accept yourself with love.

Look into your mirror, smile, touch your heart and say "I LOVE YOU" daily. Happiness grow in your heart when you help or share good things with others without any expectation.

There is a reason for this piece of Rose quartz design. Allow me to explain the meaning behind :)

The design starts with a Clear Quartz heart right at the top, closely followed by a Rose Quartz heart and a big Rose Quartz Heart. It represents the trinity of luck (ie Heaven - Tian, Earth - Di & Man - Ren) and bring light and love to you.
The 2 Clear Quartz beads with nice cuttings below the big Rose Quartz helps to bring light to your aura. More Rose Quartz below the Clear Quartz beads represent sending love back to mother earth, which will bring happiness and abundance.

Cleansing your crystals & Rose Quartz Help for emotion

Crystal can be chosen in terms of quality and energy. For the same type of stones, they can have different energy and different effects, due to its cuttings, quality & surroundings. I will pay more for the same type of stone that comes from a shop that is clean and with nice people simply because of its good energy. I see the stone, liked it and bought it happily. I have been searching high and low for good quality rose quartz ever since I introduced rose quartz on radio. You can imagine how happy and excited I was when I came across these beautiful rose quartz. The pink ray emitted from rose quartz will help to heal the heart and bring love. From my personal experience, it brings calmness and harmony to my life. Enable me to love myself and be grateful to the things I have. You must heal your heart first before you can bring love to others. You cannot accept love from others nor love them unless you love yourself. Rose quartz purifies and open up the heart. Good things really come in limited stocks. You can use rose quartz for facial massage, or to activate self love and bring love into your life indirectly.

Crystals/stones emit an electromagnetic waveband that can affects us both physically and mentally. Crystals/stones need to be cleansed before usage. Sometimes people who wear Jade that was being passed down by their ancestors, feel some discomfort or uneasy. This is because crystals are like computer ROM, they stored memories and thoughts. So cleanse it.

To use crystal or old jewellery:

A> One drop of 5 elements oil with a pinch of salt in a bowl of mineral water. Leave the crystal in the water overnight.
B> Rinse with mineral water/running water the next day. Put under the sun for 10 minutes to recharge it.
C> Before wearing the stone, hold it with your hand, think of happiness and blow 3 times into your stone.

PLEASE NOTE - Not all crystals can be left in the water overnight. Some can simply be cleansed under running water. But make sure you dont waste water ok. U can check with me if you are not sure which crystals can/cannot be left in water overnight.

Rose Quartz facial to improve skin texture and mentor luck:
Put the heart shaped rose quartz in the fridge. Apply serum on cleansed face. Use the cold rose quartz and move circular motion around the face for a minute. This stone was used by some Hollywood stars to maintain youth. Empress Cixi used Jade to massage her face!
