Day 5: SelfLove

  After 4 days of learning today the fifth day (rested yesterday) we talks about SELF LOVE.

We often treat self-love like a luxury or a trendy buzzword, but it is actually the absolute foundation of a healthy, fulfilling life. To truly understand its importance, we have to look at how it transforms our mindset, our resilience, and how we interact with the world around us.

When you know you are already whole, you stop performing for others and start living authentically.

Step 1: The Aromatic Inhalation (Setting the Intention)

Before putting a single drop of frankincense on wrist inhale, use the power of aromatherapy to quiet the mind.

  • The Action: Dispense 3 to 4 drops of the facial oil into the palms of your hands. Rub your hands together to gently warm the oil and activate the botanicals. Than massage on face and neck.

  • The Mindset: Cup your hands over your nose and mouth, close your eyes, and take three slow, deep belly breaths. Inhale the sweet, herbaceous, calming scent. As you exhale, imagine releasing the day's external noise, comparison, and stress.
