When there are sadness in ur life or stress...... remember too they are temporary. What makes it permanent is when we unable to let go and keep thinking. But again uncle me gone thru so much in life and alot of different clients faces alot issues in life for 28 years of experience, i want to share practical methods in this blog see how it can help u. 

When there are joyful happiness we should have our gratitude and also understand that it is also temporary. But again I dont want you all to like once happy, scare of losing  and make yourself so unhappy. 

I know people who are born with alot of good luck and energy but alot of times live in fear of lost and worries. So this is called the energy inbody not strong and surrounding aura is not there to support your wisdom. Their personal courage aura and house fengshui energy is not there to help. So listen to Triple Mantra (youtube, non religious) and also use following methods. 

Once we develop the eye of wisdom. Neither difficult nor Good incident in our life will affect our emotion.

I feel in life is not about wealth or poor. But is the satisfaction of life and know when to let go (most difficult). And see everything in life with courage wisdom. Just remember this whenever u are upset or depress or fear. U are OK now and u have the energy to change to aura of situation.

1) Aware that you are going thru difficult times: Write it down and say...

: I am going through _____________ this now.... And I acknowledge it. This too shall pass. Let me face it with 10mins a day to strengthen my aura and energy and wisdom. (use positive affirmation blend or strong healing trees oil now for support)

2) Shower is an important ritual;  In the past remember our granny time use pomelo and kaffir lime ? Well follow that. I suggest if u are going thru difficult times in life; Get ready few of this oil and u need not buy all but if u have all play with it:

•  5 element oil 
• cypress oil
• rosemary spanish
• eucalyptus radiata
• Egypt geranium  (Many only know cleansing, cleansing le must put in auspiciousness, egypt geranium and orange blend is best.
• kaffir Lime
• Tea Tree Oil

Choose 1-2  oil 3 -4 drops each in a pail of warm water and rinse ur body after shower . If u can use omhealth royal shower gel is a bonus or the heng heng scrub.

My personal favourite Blend for final rinse:

If that day bully by those hawker aunties or at work bully. : 5 element oil and orange

If family sibling , relatives alot of misunderstanding: Cypress, Egypt geranium

If lately health abit not good: Kaffir Lime, Rosemary Spanish and Egypt geranium

If go to some place come back feel not comfy: Eucalyptus radiata, Kaffir Lime, Tea Tree

    House Cleansing:

Windows and floor: destroy jealousy and gossips and welcome good qi

Once ur family luck affected or like one fall sick after another :  

4 drops cypress, 3 drops 5 element oil, 4 drops egypt geranium , 2 drops tea tree

All these in a pail of water: Wipe main door , windows and than mob floor.

Toilet Cleansing:  Health and lock wealth energy

5 element oil 5 drops , Gif lemon, 3 drops egypt geranium. Cleanse toilet with coconut brush.

Importance to wipe main door: Some people wan good luck , everyday use eucalyptus radiata and orange blend in tissue wipe main door.
