 Hi all as we know ,we spend alot of time in our bedroom. It can be transformed to a Fengshui Healing area that heal us .

Bedroom should be a  sanctuary of rest and rejuvenation but with so many people struggling with good sleep。 After all these years i find that even we didnt have quality sleep, as long as u lie down on ur bed in a close eyes meditative sleep also consider healing.
After certain age, we sleep less and we shouldnt panic upon it.

Bedroom fengshui

1) 2 crystal ball  ( I have been selling crystal ball for 20 years)。  I suggest a nice pink ball and a nice (according to ur energy) ball in bedroom is best. Bedroom is so important to our mental wellness, physical prowess, and emotional wellbeing. It helps our biological bodies to regulate our hormones, strengthens our immune system, and encourages any damage to heal. 

Sleep or meditative Sleep (i dont call insomnia) is one of the foundations for self-care and can encourage self-love to bloom.  As long as u are in your bedroom whether ur sleep is deep or meditative sleep with the crystal and oil it will grant us hours of integration and the quietude to subconsciously explore.

3) Rose Tea or sleep tea like chamomile Drink 3-4 times a week. Not daily please.
