 HI all is Vesak day this Friday. I remember used to be a time for me to go Guan Ming Shan with my mom. And this is actually a good day  for reflection , gratitude and renew ur energy.

Different phases of life

 A) Stuck in life like job or cant find jobetc because of age or situations. And seems like all door closes.

Sometimes u reach a stage in life it seems every door starts to close. Is like literally closes. All chances disappearing. People and friends seems distant.  There will definitely be a stage in our life we feel lonely. Well remember is our choice to think positive and get out of the situations. DOor closes sometimes is for u to rest and plan and once a new door open u are ready. 

Flowers will be fresh all the time but the wither wont always be that.  

In school we study Math like A== K(B+C) where K represent constant changes. So u are B and C. But always subject to changes.

In this world where change is the only constant, it is important to remember that what we are (or what we perceive ourselves to be) . All things are not constant but changes.

The thoughts and emotions which we have, whether positive or negative, is actually temporary only.

Many understand these concepts at an intellectual level, but why is it that when we face the real world find it so hard. Why do we sentient beings always grasp or cling onto them, as if they were permanent?

In short whatever u are facing now Joy Happiness or Challenges. Just go with it. Take it as a Exam for urself. Dont take them too hard and just be at peace.

When happy and Joy, well feel it and spread this Joy and Happiness but dont show off because it may create more sadness to family who are not in Joy. U can use a more tactic way to spread happiness.

I see some family like to post so much happy family picture in facebook. This is good but too much may create unhappiness to those who are suffering.

When sadness or facing challenges... Remember my above equation nothing is permanent.

 Things to DO for good energy :>

1) Vesak day i will use some essential oil to represent the scent of joy and happiness . (but those observe buddhist regulation cannot use perfume i think. But for me i take it as a scent offering)

2) Spend 10mins do some grounding and loving kindness meditation

3) Visit temple of ur frequent and keep things simple.

4) U can visit this Burmese temple and look at the Light behind the buddha and make some wishes (this was taught to me by a Uncle when i was very young)

5) Send a give thanks message to people who has encourage u:. Of course parents if still around get them some nice food. 

6) Do some exercises renew ur energy.
