Challenge of life and Insomnia

Insomnia may be relation to anxiety u might have;

Stress and Sleep : What are some of sleep issues?

 

  1. trouble falling asleep
  2. trouble staying on sleep
  3. trouble wake up and worry

 

 Many times when we are face with life challenges above may occur. And anxiety worries are the most common causes of sleep issues

U will get through it;

A) Adopting sleep hygiene

  • develop a sleep schedule 

Try to sleep a fix time like 1030pm or 11pm

  • cut away caffeine drinks
  • Do not read on bed or look at phone
  • Do Yin yoga or practice breathing exercise before bedtime.
  • Regular exercise during the day
  • Dont look at screen before sleep as it affect ur melatonin 

Avoid Anxiety which can cause sleep quality.

How to reduce anxiety in life?

i) Exercise or Qi Gong or Yin Yoga ( as if u dont know but have u done any?) Go do some of my facebook live qi gong

Plus a must sweat exercise: Only it can burn out your adrenal stress hormones is thru exercise etc.

 ii)  Deep breathing: it works if u can perform 3 times a day any breathing exercises.

iii) Progressive muscle relaxation. If u body is tense up, u will be in anxiety mode. So u can go youttube search for progressive muscle relaxation guided. Before that u can apply some essential oil like lavendula vera.

iv) Power bath with essential oil Bryan relax Blend.

v) Reconnect with people for advise. When u feel agitated, talk to someone or people who can give u good advise.

vi) Cold compress of lavender water with cotton works. When u do a cold compress around ur eye area it clears anxiety/
