Do Brighten Heart Breathing Exercise

You can do this breathing exercise at anytime. It takes only a few minutes.


You can wear your black tourmaline or any crystals as you do this breathing exercise. Apply a drop of 5 elements oil on a piece of tissue. Place it just right beside your bedside. Lie down on your bed. Place one hand on your chest, and the other hand on your tummy.



Do deep breathing of 636 six times. Thereafter, resume normal breathing. Visualise there is a light bulb at your chest glowing brighter....brighter and shining brightly. Its simple and easy method to break away negative energy from others.

(For people who can't visualise, just say to yourself...brighter and brighter ....)



Optional : You can also spray some Tranquility healing spray at your surrounding after the whole process.



Its good for people whose forehead "turns dark" or affected by any people/office politics/ relationships... Once your aura is brighten, good things will come :)
