A Day to celebrateThings I will do:
1) Wake up happily (if experience any dispute, use any Bryan's oil and apply on tissue to inhale).
2) Look up at the sky. Smile and do breathing exercise. Absorb the best of Heaven and Earth Qi on 2011 7th July. (I will do 636 breathing exercise 6 times).
3) Cleanse, recharge and touch any crystals, Jade that I have.
4) Pray as suggested in previous post or go temple.
5) Stay happy. I will go vegetarian on Thursday.
6) I will really pray and make confession (confess that I scold people before, bad attitude before and strive to be a better person slowly). Not forgetting to pray for good health for my parents............. (You can also use English to pray and confess)
7) I will definitely make red dates tea and bring countless good luck.
Procedures are created by human. Most important is to cleanse, confess and pray. You don't have to follow step by step, word for word. Real intention, respect and the sincerity to change for the better, matters more then procedures.
Its also a day to cleanse your house energy and perform charity.

Red dates tea, is it just red dates with water?
Dried Red dates, u can buy fm the Chinese Hall.
U must remove the seed of Red Date to boil with water before u can drink this tea.
