Which to use?
Go with your heart. Use the one you feel like it that day. However, if you want it for environment/house cleansing, use protection space clearing spray.

I love both sprays..use it everday...one for spraying my heart n body after shower and the protection for spray bedroom before sleep...these are my 2nd sets...love the smell and feel good...worth the money...
