─── Part 1: Pre-Chanting (Setting the Space) ───

Before you begin vibrating the sound currents, take three deep, mindful breaths to settle your posture and transition from the busyness of the day into a space of pure presence. 

Perform simple seated stretch and breathing thought in zoom or class. Than u can start zhunto chant. But at times when u feel like going to further cultivate and also may be this period time u go thru a lot in life… U can add in a Structured, heart-centered framework for your daily practice. It blends mindfulness, deep gratitude, and clear intention before and after your chanting.

Acknowledge the abundance and support already present in your life.

2. Affirmation of Presence & Alignment  (Suggestion)

Align your current mindset with the energy of Mother Zhunti (compassion, purification, and obstacle-clearing).

"I am a vessel of light, compassion, and resilience. As I step into this sacred practice, I release all lingering worries, judgments, and distractions. I am fully present. My mind is clearing, my heart is opening, and I am perfectly aligned with the transformative and protective energy of the universe."

3. The Dedication of Intent (The Intention/Wish)  (Suggestion)  -发愿

State your focus before you chant. You can choose one or all of these focal points.
