Day 2 : I choose my response (Egypt Geranium ANd PAF LIME)

Second day is very interesting. Many times things happen in our life. and is how we response. If you response correctly we wont suffer

We suffer not from what happens, but from how we react to it. If a stranger misinterprets your kindness, responding with hurt only poisons your own mind while leaving them untouched. Learn to filter out the noise.

When people project their frustrations onto you, don't engage in endless explanations or feel defeated by their disappointment. Make your statement clear, take a step back, and move forward. Let others walk their own path; your only duty is to guard your own inner citadel."

Massive truth: "If the person is aware, they won't do these to you."

When people lash out or judge your good intentions, they are operating from their own pain, stress, or lack of awareness. Expecting them to suddenly understand your explanation is like trying to speak a language they don't know.

Your new rule—"Make your statement clear and move on"—is the perfect daily practice. It honors your truth, but immediately cuts the emotional cord so you don't carry their heavy energy into the rest of your beautiful day. I Choose My Response

The Affirmation: "Between what happens and my reaction is a space, and in that space is my power to choose."

  • The Deeper Meaning: We cannot always control external triggers—a stressful email, a sudden delay, or someone else's bad mood. However, we are never forced to react instantly. True emotional freedom is realizing that you own your reactions, and you can choose a response aligned with calmness and wisdom.

  • How to Apply It Daily: When a trigger happens today, intentionally practice the "3-second pause." Before saying a word or sending a reply, take one deep breath. In that brief pause, actively ask yourself: "What is the most constructive way to respond to this right now?"

  • The Essential Oil Connection: Egyptian Geranium plus LIME

    • Why it fits: Geranium is highly regarded for its emotionally balancing and centering properties. Its sweet, herbaceous-floral aroma helps smooth out sudden spikes of frustration or anxiety, creating the steady, calm internal space you need to make a conscious choice.
