Dao De Jingle 3

Today marks the discussion of Chapter 3 of the Dao De Jing.

I believe these research and rephrase can be beneficial for those dealing with health, family, work, and relationship challenges.
Completing all 81 chapters is my aim

I understand that in today’s world, not many people read blogs. However, I can only continue to write, trusting in the energy of the Universe.
Those who resonate with this energy or are in need will find their way to this blog. My intention is not to seek fame or recognition, but to genuinely improve myself and support my students who have been with me for the past 20 years.

Daodejing3

Failing to commend those who deserve it
Stops jealousy.
Disregarding wealth
Deters theft.
Not showcasing what is appealing
Avoids sensory confusion.

Omhealth Explanation

You know, the Daodejing talks about how not giving praise where it’s due can help avoid jealousy.
Thats is why sometimes in a group dont over praise people, as some will get jealous. We need to be sensitive.

It's like, if you don’t show off your wealth, people won’t be tempted to steal.
And when you keep things low-key, it helps people not get confused by too much flashy stuff.

So, the wise ones, they govern by keeping things simple—like filling people's stomachs and not overloading their minds. They try to reduce fights and make sure everyone is strong and healthy.

They also keep people a bit in the dark about too much knowledge and desires, so they don’t get too restless.  Actually many times in social media people love to show off their knowledge. But if the knowledge is shared to benefits other is ok. But if is to over show off to demo wealth and good life... This may cause people who are suffering to feel bad. So we need to be sensitive .

In the end, if they lead without forcing things, everything just falls into place nicely.

How to Apply Dao De Jing 3 in your daily life

Applying the principles from Daodejing 3 in your daily life, especially in friendships and work relationships, can be quite impactful. Here are some practical ways to do this:

1. **Practice Humility**: Instead of always seeking recognition or praise, appreciate the contributions of others. Encourage your friends and colleagues by acknowledging their efforts without feeling the need to compete or be the center of attention.

2. **Value Simplicity**: In your interactions, focus on meaningful conversations rather than superficial topics. Keep your communication clear and straightforward, avoiding unnecessary complications that can lead to misunderstandings.

3. **Encourage Balance**: Promote a balanced approach to success and ambition. Support your friends and coworkers in pursuing their goals but remind them not to sacrifice their well-being for material gain. Encourage breaks and downtime to recharge.

4. **Be a Good Listener**: Instead of dominating conversations, practice active listening. This helps others feel valued and understood, fostering stronger connections. It also prevents confusion and miscommunication.

5. **Avoid Overindulgence**: In social settings, promote moderation. Whether it’s food, drinks, or activities, emphasize enjoying things without excess. This creates a more relaxed atmosphere and helps everyone feel comfortable.

6. **Cultivate Patience**: In work situations, especially during conflicts or stressful times, take a step back. Instead of reacting immediately, give yourself time to think. This non-reactive approach can lead to better resolutions and a more harmonious environment.

7. **Foster a Supportive Environment**: Create a culture of support among your friends and colleagues. Encourage each other to share knowledge and skills without fear of judgment, making everyone feel empowered to contribute.

By integrating these principles into your daily interactions, you can nurture healthier relationships and a more harmonious work environment.
