 Is 2024 a good year so far?

I must say is a year full of things going on in the mind. Dont you agreed. Alot of thoughts , decision and want to break away from current situations.

Period 9 fire, burns the wood (liver ) and affect the fire (heart energy). Many times we know what is wrong and what is right but your actions sometimes defies the reality. 

That is why sometimes the ego self refuse to admit wrong and also stick to your same old routine. At one side you want to breakthru and change job. But on the other side you feel life is alreayd so old why tired yourself so much.

We become more aware of the need of health and peace , but we dont make effort to achieve it.

In the past not so bad. When I conduct health and qi gong classs people keen to come and benefits from it. But now many just feel lazy. But those who came to the class says wow is different.

Effort is needed to have changes and for 25 over years I try to conduct class to help in our health mind and emotion.

This 3 months if we handle all adverse energy or people with Compassion. In 2025 we will have a easier life. Trust me. Practice Compassion and Grounding more this few months.

Compassion : Heal the Heart Chakra

Many may feel dissatisfaction and also have fear. This is because this year energy weaken our heart chakra and we need to strengthen it with wisdom and compassion. First love yourself more and than extend this love to people around you.

Healing the heart chakra, is essential for fostering emotional well-being, love, and compassion. It is considered the center of love, joy, and inner peace. Here are some details on how to heal the heart chakra using essential oils and acupressure:
### Understanding the Heart Chakra
- **Location**: The heart chakra is located at the center of the chest, near the heart.
- **Color**: It is represented by the color green, symbolizing love and healing.
- **Emotional Associations**: This chakra is linked to emotions like love, empathy, forgiveness, and compassion. When balanced, it fosters healthy relationships and emotional resilience.
