The method of overcoming fear and worries --- Chant Om Mani padme Hung Slowly 3 times


Since younger days. I was exposed to Guan Yin 6 Syllabus mantra. That time dont have social media. We learn things through masters and books reading.

Nowadays the social media is flooded with mantras, and masters and masters. But u ever ask yourself why nowadays people are more more stress .

Well because we fall into a trap of too much choices and 喜兴研究。 Our this lack of wisdom character cause us to keep looking for "MORE POWER" things and endlessly u dont have a strong faith and lost of focus. I see some people go learn this mantra learn that , like this is more power do this change and change. End up to me a simple aunty , just go waterloo pray Guan yin simple with faith more power.

Power i use here is not that power is more than that:>>> Positive energy

Remind you all to start your chanting of 6 Syllabus mantra or ZhunTi Mantra. This blog started off 20 years ago. Omhealth has many students, some disappear, some appear again. Some go follow Complicated fengshui method, even go out must see Qi Men Dun Jia. 算来算去算不过 无常。

Start NOW all, spend 5 mins a day to cultivate and quite ur monkey Mind. Why we tired and lost of luck and energy is because ur heart is always busy thinking this and that. And deplete ur inner energy. If u dont believe me. U quiet urself 5 mins and do following practice.

6 Syllabus mantra can overcome our worries and issues

The Six-Syllable Mantra is the speech manifestation and the wisdom energy of all the Buddhas. It purifies our impure perception of sound. It is also a means to protect our mind from its deluded thoughts. It cuts off one's ignorance and opens up one's wisdom. It augments immeasurable blessings and peacefulness can be obtained.

It actually consist the essence of all teachings. I suggest u do your own research.

Apply your favourite essential at ur wrist. Than if can like abit omhealth wishfufilling coil incense.

A) First I close my eyes do a few deep breathing. (6 times)

B) Mentally give thanks to what you have in life

C) Ask for forgiveness of any short coming in life (gossip ah, scold people ah... lost temper) says u will slowly improve 

D) Than pray for Wisdom and compassion energy to develop in me to be like Guan Yin

E) Request Guan Yin Pu Sa to be above my head and shine light of compassion to my body and in return I can shine to light to the World.

I start  my chanting Om Mani Padme Hung slowly 3 times to 108 times.

After chant smile and visualise Guan Yin PuSa also smiling to you as He is very please with your effort and send u light of protection:》



In time of stress and people easily get agitated and overwhelm with so many social media news. Make an effort to do a mantra. If u do a mantra with a greed intention--- everything about urself , the energy is not strong. But if u begins with loving kindness and compassion and good intention the energy is tenfold. No need learn this and that. Choose one mantra and practice daily. Even 3 mins is good.

Mantra brings about loving-kindness and compassion in the practitioner due to the blessings of the deity’s mindstream.

Chenrezik === 南无观世音菩萨 ===avalokiteshvara bodhisattva
