Meet and Greet with Bryan lao shi and Dr Pan

This is a sincere event which brings a whole loads of good energy and information to you and celebration of 28 years of wellness. I have made extra effort to book the entire cafe just for you. I got a joke yesterday by a old students saying she dont drink coffee, well I add tea for you now and u better come ahah.

Many forgets the importance of wellness and the sincerity of omhealth in imparting the wellness knowledge for the benefits of all past 28 years. 

My intention of the talk is to help everyone to attain a better old age with less aches and pain and with mobility to enjoy life. Thats the purpose and is not about coffee and cakes, even though i have decided to give back as a appreciation of your support.

This event Dr Pan will be invited to share with u sleep quality method. And I myself will share with u alot of personal tips. Of course the best energy is to enjoy yourself with music too.

1st October ( CSC Dance Studio)

Power Luck and Health Qi gong and healing with Bryan lao Shi

I have decided to conduct a class with simple Bai Bai tips and Open Luck Qi Gong to final celebrate the period 8 and bring the wealth over to period 9 and release what is not needed and welcome implant good energy.

All will receive a healing crystal and we will also do a self healing together.
