Understanding your Energy and State of Well Being - The Divine University

Alot of negativity and unhappiness is actually cause by the state of mind. And once we change the thoughts we change the world.

However how to achieve that? Many times we read motivational books or "how to improves ourself books". 

But i think these books are written by people when they are at their best state.  Infact reading this books motivates a person gain back some confidence and happiness. But again once u put down the book , u face the situation in life again.

How to change ur mindset even in the deepest trouble and problems. Well.... that need to be trained. Is not overnight . But got do better than do nothing. As we all deserve happiness and want to be happy. Let me share with you the Secret.

We all talk about loving kindness and compassion. A person can easiy give out loving kindness and compassion when they are in best state of mind and situations. The challenge is are you able to still have loving kindness and compassion when u are in the worst state of situations. 

Worst State Situation in life:

1) Relationship turns bad

2) Working in a very toxic environment but u still need to work as u need money

3) Seems cant find job for this 2 years

4) Family love one have illness and stress out

5) Money always use up at month end and seem cant retire and alot responsibilities.

I describe this are 5 challenges most of us will face . So I am not going to talk to u about theory about soul and life. U just know one thing, u are born with Divine love, U are in this life for a reason and deep inside u is a beautiful soul and in this life u are just experiencing life and take it serious but not serious. Do ur part and let Divine handle.

Omhealth Suggestion:

 1) Use aromatherapy like Lavender, rosemary Spanish, 5 element oil, PAF lime, Orange blend , Positive affirmation blend.  Even facial oil to use in evening helps. Well essential oil has high vibrational frequency. When a person is low in energy we of course need something to work with.  I love to use rosemary spanish from bryanwellness alot when stuck as it  create a "fresh start" in life. Whether it's breaking a habit, embarking on a new path, or opening up to more creativity, powerful and fragrant rosemary can help open doors to the new.

I will use in shower final rinse, wash toilet, a few drops wipe table. In tissue carry with me.

2) Listen to a religious free or ur religious music. And sing along 3 -5 mins a day. To me Sa Ta Na Ma a yoga singing exercise works wonder. Or do an alternate nose breathing. When a person luck or energy is low, their breathing very shallow one . Music have 5 element and it can activate luck.

3)  Well When I study Dao De Jing an ancient wisdom Chinese Man. A sentence strike me.

When we desire things we get limited things, when we are desireless after we do our part in life and let God, mystery of possibilites appear. When all doors close in your life , u done ur part le, just spend time to cultivate urself and Let up there handle (not being lazy) than dont have expectation just do your part. And slowly things willl unfold in a very good way.

4) Foodcure 

You need to find ur power foodcure Everyone has a powerful foodcure. This food either tea or soup or a fruit that can change ur energy. U need to  find out which is ur favourite and when ur energy is low eat that;

Some example

  • papaya -- bring wealth
  • red apple --- clear weakness
  • tumeric soymilk honey tea  --- improves relationships
  • JuHua  --- release unhappiness
  • pumpkin   ---- Brings in new energy

Allow your life to unfold naturally

Know that it too is a vessel of perfection

Extracted from Dao De Jing. A non religious studies that we can use to improve our well being and u know we have limited time on earth. Just embrace this journey and treat everyday as a gift .

The first step: Acceptance

To allow things to unfold naturally, the first step is acceptance. This means accepting that there is a natural order to things and that we are not always in control. 

It can be difficult to let go of our need to control everything, but it is essential to remember that sometimes the best thing we can do is simply let go. By accepting that there is a natural order to things, we can allow them to unfold in their own time and in their own way.

The second step: Letting go

In order to allow things to unfold naturally, we must let go. This may seem counterintuitive, but it is essential to the process. Letting go opens us up to possibilities and allows for change.

Change can be difficult, but it is often necessary in order to progress. When we let go of what we hold onto, we make room for new experiences. We may not always know what those experiences will be, but that is part of the beauty of life. 

Allowing things to unfold naturally enables us to embrace the unknown and trust that everything will work out in the end.

The third step: Surrender

In order to allow things to unfold naturally, one must first surrender. It is essential to the process. As Lao Tzu said, “If I let go of who I am, I become who I might be.” In other words, we create space for new possibilities to emerge by surrendering our attachment to outcomes.

Try and become aware of your patterns of resistance. What is that you’re holding onto tightly? What are you afraid of letting go of? When you can identify these patterns, you can begin to release them. You can start by simply choosing to let go, bit by bit.

It’s important to remember that surrender does not mean giving up or giving in. It is a powerful act of self-love and self-trust.

The fourth step: Trust

Trust a higher power has a plan for your life and is guiding you at every stage of the way. That plan may not be what you had hoped for, but it will lead you to a place where you are needed and have something to offer. Trust that life is fair. It is always good, even with its challenges.

You need to start believing that you are right where you were always supposed to be and will never be somewhere you don’t belong. Every single situation you encounter, every single circumstance, every obstacle, every win, and every loss it’s all contributing to your journey. 

Everything is moving you toward your destiny, and you need to learn to trust the forces of life to take you there.
