When we talk about health , i feel that once u have enough sleep or rest . U feel happy, ur luck auto improve. Sleep quality is important but is not measured by the number hours u sleep. But the time u sleep. Even u wake up in middle of night, u just dont worry and close ur eyes and slow breathing will be ok.

Good health basic check:
I dont believe in detox using juices because is too cooling for body even u ad ginger. U may feel good short term but long term will cause stagnation and cooling to the system.
For me good health basic:
1) Basic 2 litres of water a day. Lack of water will result in inflammation as we aged and also poor health. Alot of times i will request my student to drink water slowly throughout the day.
I mean pure water not juice and tea
- Keep a normal temperature
- Lubricate and cushion joints.
- Protect your spinal cord and other sensitive tissues.
- Get rid of wastes through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements.
- get rid of heart unhappy energy and release negativity

So before go into any supplements of diet. Check ur water intake from today.
So now i will ensure 2 litres to 2.5 litres of water a day and the other 500ml can be tea or related.
Many people have joint pain also because of lack of water.
B) Watch what u eat. Alot of issues is ur dinner timing and ur unhealthy food.
C) Use aromatherapy twice a day.
