New Way of LIfe and Sleep Quality

Ahahah so for past two months, this is what i say before facebook live. And the Circuit breaker for past two month has resulted me to spend alot of time to do facebook live. And most of them i have cut to youtube.

We all have to accept the new way of living now. As 2020 mark the changes in our lifestyle and thinking.

This 2 months is more like a inner reflection. We need inner reflection and awareness before we can go further. That is why I have done a video on Career and Abundance as my last 2 facebook live (will upload tomorrow morning and i will repost here tomorrow).

In order not to renew our energy and not to get stuck in our situations we need to disintegrate all negativity in our system. Working on forgiveness and let go. Sound lame but , girls and boys, do it and see the change. The change can be from ur emotion to sleep quality.

Sleep Quality

A topic till today scientist, doctors , nutritionist etc has been doing research and still not having a good result on helping people with insomnia.

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt work.

Sleep issue can be difficult falling to sleep and wake up middle of night and get anxiety worrying when u are going to sleep again.

I am not going to go thru topics that doctors etc which are better than me. I am telling my personal experience and students who have this issues.

When u reach age like 45 and above, sleep quality may be affected.

I shall go straight what to do rather than niam.


Things I suggest:

1) acceptance and acknowledge that u have this sleep issue and dont dwell on it because u worry too much is worst. So work on it. Acceptance.

2) Do forgiveness breathing daily for 1 month. Everyday spray protection mist around ur or a drop of rosemary spanish and a drop egypt geranium on tissue inhale and with eyes close, think about who to forgive.
Rem:  forgiveness of others and self-forgiveness can help people cope with the day's psychological and emotional burdens in a way that frees one's mind and promotes a more restful mental state for sleep, then they support the health-related process of sleep in meaningful ways
Do day or before sleep. Wear ur bracelets if u have.

3) inner reflection: Than spend few minutes recall yesterday what have u done wrong like ur lost temper on ur friend etc. And than replace with love energy.


 ------ Sound very very errrr.... well, if u try all method ur sleep is no improvement u better do what i suggest and stop complaining or roll eyes.

4) Include B complex, And good oil in ur diet for a period of time.
5) If can have lingzhi daily a pill or 2.
6) Follow the youtube next week on sleep. Or above aromatherapy youtube, last part on sleep also.


Aromatherapy oil to use are

Lavendula vera, Marjoram, cedarwood , bergamot and quality sleep blend or female alot of times find clary sage with lavender works wonder also.

Some egypt geranium alone work wonders.

Either one. A drop of egypt geranium to the crystal three times a week and half hour later wear to sleep.
