Meditation, Calmness or an Escape or an Addict for peace.
There are many people who take up meditation but what really is meditation without the religious part in it?
I have some friends who goes into meditation class and yes at first to escape from the stress , tension etc . And first few weeks of meditation they were looking for the peace within. But after a few weeks, they get frustrated because the peace seems difficult to find again.
Example when u just learn meditation, u can feel the peace and quietness but after some weeks. It seems that everytime u want and looking forward to go into that peace. The more u try the more thoughts float up and you may feel angry.
What I want to say congrats, thats the real meditation. U start to be aware of the many thoughts and tell yourself hey, to go back on track.
That is what i call a real meditation. Not an addict to peace , forcing, or reprimanding urself.
So if u do 10 mins quiet ur mind exercise, there will have 7 mins u think of other things and 1 min of ur mind as u to be on track. Well that 1 min is what i call meditation.
So be compassionate to yourself and not to be so harsh and slowly you will find good result with daily meditaiton.
I suggest from today u do a 5 mins meditation.
Procedure:
A dap of ur favourite oil on ur wrist.
Deep inhale and exhale 5 times.
Return normal breathing
And just observe the air in and out of nose thats all/
Set timer in iphone 10 mins.

Forgiveness for better energy
The above meditation remind us to forgive ourselves and people. Forgive ourselves first. Dont be too harsh on yourself.
Learning to forgive people is one of my practice that I am learning. IS not easy when you are stress or busy at times and people still "Kiak" you.
( There are people in life is not easy to forgive but if u dont forgive, the one who suffer is us and always have this anger in memory and waste our time and we are not young anymore)
So important to step back. For me nowadays if someone really cannot make it and make me angry. I will quickly grumble to friends abit and than step back and put myself into their shoes and than forgive them.
IS NOT EASY.
Slowly u dont even have to grumble to your friends. As forgiveness is a remedy for anger and also a treat for ourself.

Rosemary and Lime oil in tissue inhale: Rosemary cut the chord of negative energy and link. Lime heals and bring Joy back to your life.
Close your eyes and visualize the person or situations in front of u. Say a little prayer (ur religion one).
For me i chant Om Mani Padme Hung 9 times;
Say: "For highest good of all i forgive u and forgive myself. We all come to the earth to learn and be a better person. We all can make mistakes. And let us forgive and let go and be compassionate. Please forgive me, I forgive u. "
Than inhale the rosemary and lime from tissue and say chord cut cut cut. If can visualize u have a scissor and cut . This cut chord is good to cut away all negative link. ANd bring good energy to ur life.
