Hi all remember to register for this wonderful talk
I have invited Physician Xue and Physician Pan to share with u all very useful health tips from sleep to bone health.
Is so important we take care of our health yet we neglect it until things happen. Good health === Good luck. The reason why i organise this yearly talk is to summarise things u need to know in 2 hours rather than in search of answers here and there.

2) Back and knee health
3) plus my beauty care routine
