My sprain leg recover le la. It swelled for 1 day only , doctor was surprised how fast it recovers. U know I sprain the day before i go Bangkok for audit.
I roll my eyes for split seconds, why this happen to me ahahha.
And luckily the trip was ok ahaha. My flight was 12pm. And when wake up I cant walk. than I use oil after an hour can walk.
A Master call me, say is good ahahha and have a reason why it happen after 2 PUJA and 1 Temple walk.
I meditate on it and used marjoram, and lavender and frankincense and peppermint. And wear socks and by 11am i can walk le ahaha and go airport. And at BKK first day I rest and yes 2nd day 90 percent ok le. I was amaze also. Of course the doctor latest antiinflammation pill is good call Arcoxia, ask doctor about this pill.
Oil works wonder. I dont suggest ICE the sprain because why it swells is blood go there to do repair. I also dont suggest hard massage may worsen. U can just apply the oil direct. Than see a doctor check have fractured ma, than get antiinflammation pill.
Than I do stretch.
For me this isn;t bad luck. And it happen 2 days after I organise the Haze free temple walk.
sometimes people will think is it bad luck etc. For me is good luck. Because this sprain helps more people now. If not an elderly if fall down will be worst at old airport road.
And school children may fell as the hole so big will trap their legs.
So what little negative happen to me is good. It help people.
Transform ur mind, sometimes things happen for a reason. When we have pain fall or weird things happen after big prayers , means dissolving negative karma and should rejoice.
Sometimes maneifest as headaches and because of this headaches, it dissolve a big issues from happening because of ur good merits.
My foot totally ok and can do combat now L>
