Reminder Again



Is a year of  challenges. So those who do homework daily since few years ago, impact is not so severe. Others if u have felt the impact, is not too late to start do homework daily now.
Start off with 21 OM in morning . And some breathing exercise 478


Main problem can be
1) Wake up feeling very down when eyes open. Quickly do 478 3 times. And for the day just dont know what is the problem yet feel lousy. Means auric feel and energy level is weak. So rub ur bracelet . And make an effort to do 10 mins prayers a day.

To tell u the truth for past many years, this practice has been adopted by many students. One problem is, when a person has issues, some may immerse in issues and no heart to do any chanting or any prayers. Even prayers is like by the motion. So  I remind u, u must help yourself. Nowsaday alot of things u need to handle yourself, so simple spiritual development is important.

So no matter what situations u are facing now, from health... (serious health issues, cancer, etc), work, relationship.... Just dedicate 10mins a day or more and pray.... I always believe only when a person have problem, the prayer will be very specially focus (u remember). But again I dont want problems too much ahah... so daily do prayers is good. So when u have issues, u can get over it fast .


Basically I have my way of fighting negative thoughts or energy.

A) If that day I wake up feeling so down or weird... Have a good shower, and do 21-OM slowly.
Apply Aroma oil on wrist. Inhale.

B) Eat something nice and light.

C) Do a Powerbath ( Bryan relax blend 5 drops a small pail of warm water, use a towel scrub the body from head to toe) This method, clear off alot of negative energy and turn the wheel of ur chakras.  U will know how powerful this bath is. Give it a try.

D) Write the diary with ur Gold Pen. Remember the Gold Pen

Aromatherapy Oil : Cypress Oil, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Purification Inspiration, 5 element oil.
