Procedure of Lap Chun what to do according to tradition and Lao Shi
1) Wake up morning, press He Gu Point (every year diff point) on bed and say" Chun Huay Da Di, Shi Jie He Pin, Tian Di Zhi Qi , Wang Wo Jia Li" x 3 and say welcome the 2015 Tai Sui.
2) Go drink water, water : Pour half cup of hot water follow mix with half cup of cold water from fridge. It becomes warm water. Drink slowly the cup.
3) Go do whatever u need to do, like toilet etc... Shower final rinse with 5 element oil
Than boil red dates with dried longan tea. drink ba (Those who attend talk, u can do the method taught ok)
4) In a piece of paper (anytime of the day) write down what u want to achieve next two years. And than smile. Keep the notebook or paper. U can use ur Iphone note, write also ok.
5) Go Temple (if u have time) Jump To Procedure "A"
6) If not going temple, just go work happily and eat some red beans products. Or red Apple
7) Mouse Over a Lap Chun Picture that I will put on blog tomorrow morning. And u move mouse over at 1230pm say poems with the mouse.
8) Do any charity U want to do.
9) Be happy. Evening time when home, chant Cundi Mantra 108 times, dedicate to all beings.
10) Before sleep , recite name of Kwan Yin Pu Sa 10 times and make a wish.
Procedure "A" (for those going temple)
1) Shower five element oil
2) Wear proper to temple
3) If see me say Pin An Ji Xiang Ru Yi
Bryan lao Shi will go lor 27 Nanhai 观音 temple invite a 春 字！ as this year has no lapchun so putting this word at home on first daty cny bring whole family luck and use my flower coin, BBC coin too!
The handwritten word by master is written with GOLD INK and mantra chanted , go invite Ba and just give Ang bao any amount is ok de even they didn't ask for!
