One of my client is always bullied by boss and unreasonable person;so she just start writing first twenty words of heart sutra and works wonders.
Give it a try; have a small notebook on office table and u can put a small crystals beside. I don't expect u all to memorize all but just start doing something for yourself for yr life and don't let bad people affect yr heart.
Have a heart like a stainless steel; but before that daily clean it with a cloth using xin jin cloth.
