A pot, put in a chinese tablespoon of rice and a tablespoon of (small small rice). Add few cups of water boil until soft. And slowly drink the water with the rice abit only.

After drinking this water. At night use rice bran oil and lavender water masage face and body. Second day ur body is rice beauty.
