As I turn 40 when I see my mom and dad once like very young and now aging the heart can pain abit; I decided to make my homework to chant this mantra when I am free or in office dedicate to parents health;

Go temple useless, go charity useless, pray to ti gong useless if you can't even be nice to parents; if u have very jia lat parents, well is ok chant AT home in ur room dedicate to them . Who knows;
