Sometimes u ever think, why can't we see "open" when we are younger... Many starts to see things more "open" at 40... Than find wasted their youth on worries and burden. Wanted to turn back to relax but just dont know how?
Problems we face commonly when turning >35 ...
1) Parent's health worries
2) Family health and children's future
3) Lonely and seeing everyone married and family
4) Hatred because ur love one left u.
5) Expectation from relationships and seems cant be fulfilled and internally angry, irritable.
6) Just feel more and more unhappy dont know why.
This burdens and worries, stop us from moving further. So I teach u a method to release this burden first from ur shoulder and than u are renewed to face any challenge again happily.
[We need to help ourselves. By this time u should know. Many times, friends cant help us in our problems. Sometimes say already also like tat. SOmetimes the amount of suffering we have, want to say but when come to the mouth , no energy to tell friends.... End up daily our stagnant QI trapped in our body to form a invisible "Irritable Qi".
This Irritable Qi will be hidden in our meridians. Once a blue moon come out to attack us. Example, for no reason... u lost temper.... for no reason u cry....

What can we do? (from Master Porprinum, as herbal oil is replaced with 5 element oil)
A) Choose a day, morning , use 5 element and "JIF" (floor cleanser) Scrub the toilet. When scrub visualise all ur anger scrub out. Than shower and final rinse with 5 element oil. Than say 21 OM.
