Mala since 2007

Mala was first introduced in 2007. I have mine since 1999, specially designed to bring about a calm mind. Most common feedback includes release agitation and balance a person qi.

I find it works pretty well on calming and protection. Especially those who have mala and has been using it for chanting for past few years. Try wearing it at your neck to sleep once a week. You can feel the calming effect even more :)
