Mood: Crystal : Aromatherapy : U

The ultimate source of healing is still within you --- your higher self, whatever you wish to call it on a word level. There is much to be said about the healing powers inherent in crystals, yet always remember that they are just tools for healing.


My philosophy of activating the crystals is to clear your mind, feel ok and welcome good luck. Remember that the intention of crystal activation is important. As the founder of Aroma Color Crystal Healing, I must say I have seen many people who are trapped in crystal therapy of "Over -Doing It" and I say NO to this.


If you know how to work with your crystals, it will become your very good friend which helps to enhance, reflect and resolve your situations in life. Treat them well like your friends.





Alignment of 2011 Star: By now, you may have probably experienced the star alignment effects of 2011, without even the need to see Astrology. Well, is in a mess in terms of the EM field affecting your mood and your happiness. The power of your personal prayers need to be strengthened through a proper prayers.


  • Chanting of Tara Mantra is very very beneficial this year at dawn and evening. A proper reciting Om Tare Tutare Ture Soha protects, strengthen your heart and become fearless when facing obstacles.



  • 636 Breathing exercise is so important that it will release the stagnant Qi in your body(once a day; each time do 3 times). Black Tourmaline in crystal therapy will be very much of help as it grounds your body for balance, protection against negativity.

  • Mental and Emotional Issues will be common in 2011: Grief, issues with forgiveness, demanding judgmentality, unresolved anger, hostility and criticism; self centeredness, resentment, fear bitterness; decrease in love life; inability to give love to self or others; inability to receive love..... will be a common EMO problems in the next few years.



  • Wear a black tourmaline and do 636 breathing, or simply place your bracelet on your chest for 2 mins a day, will do wonders.
