Get a bottle of aged sandalwood oil if possible. You can keep in your cupboard first if you do not want to use it yet. 30 years old of holywood...woww...the energy is really good.
Fan method :
One drop of sandalwood oil onto a piece of cotton pad and rub onto the fan. Wrap in plastic bag overnight. This fan will have a nice lingering sandalwood aroma that will last for two week till a month. You can use it to fan yourself everynight before you sleep. It promotes good sleep and good energy.
