Frankly speaking, as I was preparing fengshui talk 2011, lots of thinking and emotions start to surface out this few days. I received many calls with different issues in life...some were having problems with life, money, colleagues, depressions, feeling lonely, single for many years scare of being alone, parents not understanding, just got married and having problems with in-laws, a third party in marriage, was cheated in business...angry for no reason, put in so much love to kids and family but received no appreciations, all hard earned money went into parents' medical fees.....worries....
Most of the above were born between 1960s to 1980.
Well, people born during this period has a lot of burden, because our parents of this era has a thinking of 养儿防老。Whereas, the new generation is more self centered. Those borned between 1960s to 1980s, tends to worry a lot for your parents'health, medical fees etc...and still must worry for our children, our in laws.....so much of worries...

While I was trapped in trying to find the answers to release these problems, the book Diamond Cutter arrived at my door step. I made myself Pu-er tea, give myself 5mins to enjoy the drink and enjoy the moment...of doing nothing and thinking of nothing. My energy came back.
I got the answer: If you are trapped or just feel very very 委屈, walk out from it for 5 mins, make Pu'er tea. Take 5 mins to drink it slowly and you will find your answer......
Pu'er : Zero caffein, good for skin and bone, and health. Unlike green tea, it is not cooling and will not cause backache. Bryan can't drink tea in the afternoon, otherwise I will have insomnia at night. I am able to take Pu'er at night, which is why I believe its free from caffein =p
