Early this year I made a few healing sets and it was very well received. Now I have completed another 4 healing sets, activated with love and light.
4 big activated pieces of Black Tourmaline and 1 Rose Quartz.
Properties : To release chronic tiredness, heartache, sadness and bodyache.
Usages : Lie down on your bed. Put the Rose quartz on your chest. Hold a piece of black tourmaline on each hand. Placed the third piece of Black Tourmaline on the bed above your head, and the fourth piece of Black Tourmaline at the bottom of the feet. Still lying on the bed, relax for 10 mins. Feel recharged.
Maintenance: After healing, wash with water. Wind or wipe dry.
Lesson for above set: If you do not know how to love yourself, how are you going to love others? First be "selfish" and learnt how to love yourself :> ... To know anything, you have to begin with yourself....

If u r a very stingy & selfish person, nobody will like to get closer or sharing their personal or job related problem as a friend.
If u do not show respect to yr parent, yr grandparent or close relative with filial piety, yr children will learn fm u(their parent). Yr Children will not take gd care of u(their parent) when u r getting old.
If u a very hot tempered, impatient, petty & calculative, u will find everything u do will b in a mess. Why i am not so happy at all?
If u r involved yrself in doing more Volunteer Work, u r doing a gd deed & everybody will automatically love to get closer as a friend.
They will show concern abt yr health & teach u how to take gd care of yr health when u r falling sick.
I feel very touched when my Polly Sis has taught me how to keep my body very warm during our EXercise Programme at the Garden.
