Healing Crystals

I was feeling kinda of overworked last few months and decided to perform crystal self healing as a chakra therapy today. I woke up at 6am, turn on some light music, with a few drops of aroma oil on tissue and stick the tissue to the fan.

I placed some crystals on my tummy..... I felt recharged..... . All my 500 crystals students.... Are you all practising what I have taught you?

Emotional Management?

(Heart Chakra Healing)

When you are feeling down or hurt emotionally .... No one can help you. You can continue to soak yourself in the painful feelings, walking like a zombie everyday..... Or you can choose to get out of this lousy situation....

Emotionally Hurt when

1) People mistaken you.

2) Your spouse/partner or love ones took you for granted. You give your very best but they say hurting words to you.

3) Your colleagues or best friends betrayed you.

The above scenerios will cause our Heart Chakra (located at our chest area) to feel pain. This is not heart pain, but a pain which may be felt and experienced by many people, but unable to explain scientifically what sort of pain is that. In Natural therapy, we call it "Heart Chakra Blockages" and needs clearing.

Heart Charkra is an important connection for a person divine self to the earth. Heart Chakra == Love, when it experienced blockages, nothing can be in balance......

Bryan 老师 Heart Chakra Cleansing method. (There are many ways, here is a simple one)

1) Put any activated crystals on your chest, rest and lie down on your bed. Relax for 10mins.

2) Spray Healing spray around the face once done.

3) Put your right hand on your chest and say, " Even though I am suffering now, I love and I let go and I accept myself"
