Another testimonial

Everyone of us including myself would like to have all the above mentioned. However, before one can have them all, one need to learn to let go, and let go...and forgive. ..... Negative feelings can make a person to lost their mind at certain moments in life. I remembered there was once a lady who called to tell me, her heart is so painful even as she walked along the roads in the mist of the shopping malls. Feeling numb, helpless with tears rolling down her cheeks when the image of her husband with another women surfaced in her mind. ... .... Fortunately, she had a positive affirmation card in her bag. Bryan's advice: 7. You can use positive affirmations to regain your self-confidence after a break-up. Say things like, "I am a beautiful person and deserving of love."
You can use any other positive affirmation that comes to your mind. Write down a list of all your good qualities. Carry this list around with you. Look at it whenever you feel down. If you are having trouble developing a list of your good qualities, ask your friends and family what qualities they see in you :)
