Case Study for 6636 student and WIN prize

Here's a real life case study that happens to one of my customer. Let's address him as Mr W. Records of evidence can be obtained at Tanah Merah Ferry.
What I want you to do is to use your 6636 calculation to find out the answer. Real Life case study is difficult to find but once you get the answer, you will be convinced and inspired you to develop virtuous.

This case study was witnessed from a few very helpful officers at Tanah Merah Ferry last week.

REAL LIFE CASE STUDY
6 July 2010, Mr W arrived at Tanah Merah Ferry to go Batam. His ferry was 9.15am. He needs to check in before 8.45am. Mr W arrived early and had coffee at Kopi Thiam. 5 mins before Mr W board the ferry, he discovered his wallet was lost.

6636 Calculation: Can Mr W's wallet be retrieved back? If your answer is "YES", what is the time frame for him to retrieve back his wallet. If your answer is "NO", what will you suggest him to do.
