Good Luck Power Bath

I will do a Healing Bath once or twice a week.

What is required?

1/2 teaspoon of Rice bran oil, 2 drops of Frankincense oil or 5 element oil, a small pail of warm water and a face towel.

Fill the pail with a mixture of hot water and cold water. Temperature should be of bearable warm for the skin (not too hot please). Add the Rice Bran oil and Frankincense oil

Wet the towel with the warm water and scrub the whole body.

This method works very very well for me. Not trying to sell my oil here. You can buy it from other places but I hope you can try out this method.

Why 40 days?

God always use 40 days as a time of transformation. It was period of trial, probation or a transitory period. Whenever He was making big changes, 40 was always the amount of days or years necessary in order for change to occur. Jesus prayed in the desert for 40 days, the Great Flood lasted 40 days, the Israelites wandered in the desert for 40 years, Moses and Elijah both spent 40 days on top of Mt. Sinai, the Lenten season lasts 40 days, the gestation of a human being is 40 weeks and even the TV show "Survivor" lasted 40 days.

I suggested a 40 days program. If you happened to miss one day, you will need to repeat the whole thing. Black tourmaline is definitely useful for affirmations. Just hold it with your hand, put on your chest and say the affirmation. Simple as that.
