I received a phone call from a lady yesterday.

Bryan, I try GR bag and I knew how good it is. I also realised what you are trying to explain to me with having no expectations in my mala and GR bag.
Sorry, I was too eager to see results. I can only understand your advise after I relax and practise my breathing exercise.
