Hence, when you faced a lot of sadness and obstacles in life, do not worry too much. If you determined to accumulate a lot of merits in your luck bank, one day when the time is ripe, your luck bank will send you continuous luck. Some people likes to dwell in negativity and sorrow, they are unable to find a ATM to withdraw "merits" from their luck bank because they are focus too much in the "not so good luck" things that have happened to them, and forgot to keep an open heart & mind, and stay positive. Just remember, if you maintain good "Qi", your luck Ban ATM will be just in front of you when you least expected it :)

Procedure: Hold a activated mala or bracelet, put it near your chest and breathe as normal for 2 mins. Do this everyday when you wake up or before you sleep. After 7 days, your luck bank will increase to 7 merits. When you reach (3 weeks) 21 merits , it will be enough to fight one unlucky star for next year :)

Doing breathing exercise with my mala seems to have bring down my hot temper character. I have been practising it for a few months and my husband commented I don't flare up easily and is more patient now.
