Meditation with music therapy to build positive energy.

Let me tell you a "secret" that may change your life. From now onwards, do what you can, to increase good energy around you. It must be good things, not something against morale or conscience of course :)
You can do it. Tell yourself you want to do it. Pull yourself together. You can do it even you are feeling kinda of suffering in your life now or, perhaps feeling trapped in a tough situation, depressed, unjustified, being taken for granted, feeling betrayed etc.


For some reasons, if you are still feeling sad now, just remember I will pray for you everyday. Just call upon the prayer energy, smile and accept this strength and blessing. You will feel better and be strong.

Never give up to accumulate good energy because it will just become a burst of energy one day. When the day comes, you may even find it unbelievable with all the good luck and Joy that is coming to you. Remember, must always have a heart of gratitude 感恩.

5 mins Good Luck method

Center yourself and build positive energy with a meditation. Meditation is not religious. It is about the right way to breathe. Breathing activates positive energy. Many people said next year wil be a tough year. In fact, many can feel it already as the stars are aligning their movements (moody and anger are signs).

Blog method:
Once a day before sleep. Close your eyes, relax your shoulders. In a seated position, breathe in and out, observing your breath. Release any thoughts. Play some light music.

Tips: Just meditate for one song track. Otherwise, some may get very impatient and keep thinking when is it going to come to an end. This is personal experience.
