Mala Love

Are you slowly drifting into unhappiness? Depression, anxiety, anger and dependency are often caused by psychological problems, but did you know that things surround you, people around you can also make you nervous and depressed....even the food that you eat.



Energy and aura are something we may not able to see but we can feel it. Good food has good energy, good people has good energy.


Many times in a family, when there is a bad influence, it affects the mood of the whole family. In office, if there is a "bad" colleague, his/her aura will affect the energy of all people making everyone unhappy. Thus, we must learn to protect our aura and that is protecting our energy field so that negative energy will not enter us and make us feel lousy.



To "let go" is easier to say then done. This is why crystals and breathing exercise comes into the picture as it assists the process of "letting go".



Theory:
Human energy field vibrates 300Hz, the earth EM field range between 1 to 30 Hz. Our brains vibrating frequency 7 and 19 Hz. The whole earth is a magnet with North Pole and South Pole. The new fengshui is about EM waves and not fix one. A lot of fengshui master in the market simply read and follow the book. Good fengshui master must be sensitive to EMF. Activate crystals suitable for their clients. Crystal works because it aligns the fequency to the earth vibrating frequency. Crystals itself is just an object but only an activated crystal with breathing exercise can activate the frequency to be intune and works for the highest good of all.





Mala Method to enhance protection (include black tourmaline)

Aim: Strengthen your energy field, chase away Xiao ren around you, Personal developement.

Daily exercise: Hold the mala with your left hand, placed it near the heart (or touch the chest). Close your eyes and visualise a rose bud slowly opening to become rose flowers (petals by petals) . When the whole flowers open up, your aura is strengthen. This is a quick way to protect yourself daily. I will do this before bedtime and after I woke up every morning.
You can also use your favorite flowers to subsitute with roses.

There are many breathing exercise methods. For those who cannot concentrate and imagine, just put your mala on your chest. Relax on bed for 5 mins. Do it daily. Feel the difference.
