Heart To Heart

It can be a good thing to be able to see and sense "things"( Don't think otherwise. Not those kind of things..) but sometimes, it can be quite tiring because you pick up "signals" and can get rather draining.

(I have developed more then 200 questions for people who cannot see aura to check blockages. Hmmm... do come for my crystal color therapy class in OCtober ok....)

Most people have blockages in their aura but they are not aware how it affect them physically and mentally. Let me share a checklist which I have created to do a self check on blockages.

Checklist to see your energy block
1) Do you feel light headed?
2) Are you constantly worried about not having enough financial security?
3) Do you feel run down or have low energy?
4) Do you hate your physical appearance?
5) Do you feel you are overly sensitive to other people?
6) Do you feel numb ? Emotionless?
7) Do you clench your jaws?
8) Do you frequently have headaches?
9) Are you a people pleaser?
10) Do you believe you have no choice in life?
11) Do you feel that you have a weight on your chest?
12) Do you feel that life is meaningless? And all you do in your whole life is only work, work and work?

Heart Chakra Energy Blockages can have following symptoms.
Some physical symptoms of your heart chakra that needs healing includes: Heart issues, Problems breathing, Shoulder Pains, Cold hands


I introduced "Heart to Heart" Angelite in the new crystal healing system for a good reason.
Hold a "Heart to Heart" Angelite to clear the blockages.

Procedures:
1) Hold the "Heart to Heart" Angelite with your left hand. Place it near your heart and feel it for 2 mins. Do this daily until condition improves.
If you don't clear the heart chakra blockages, life will be colourless and you won't get to enjoy life.

Yoga posture to clear Heart to Heart blockages.


Yoga posture for clearing blockages: Apply 1 drop of Bryan Relaxation blend on your wrist, rub both wrists together slightly. Stay in this posture for 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
