Exhausted Body and Unexplain Aches --- Leg energy blocked

I have a few clients who spend lots of money on doctors for body ache but achieved no good results, until they tried Bryan 3 oil method and the below yoga posture.

Leg Energy Blocked may cause

1) Short tempered
2) Extremely impatience
3) No time for personal self
4) Negative mind state.
5) Neck & shoulder pain (chronic)

Aromatherapy and Yoga (2 in 1):

Bryan's 3 oil method is well received for its effectiveness to overcome bodyache but it can do more

1 drop of Lavendula vera oil, 1 drop of Peppermint oil and 1 drop of Majoram onto a 50cent size coin cream. Mix well and massage both legs. Just simple massage will do.

3 oil leg massage clears blockages and release stagnant luck in your life too
. After giving the leg a quick massage, perform the leg raise (as shown below) for 3 mins and relax.

Method 2 for calming and healing the tired soul.
1 drop of Bryan's Relaxation blend on your wrist, rub both wrists together and inhale. Rise your leg as shown below and stay for 3 minutes. Hand must spread by the side as it release neck shoulder pain.

Leg Raise for Healing the Body and Mind

This is a releasing, soothing pose. It helps the muscles and tissues around your SI joints relax, it allows blood and lymph to drain from your tired and puffy legs, and, with my arms out as pictured, also stretches your chest to relieve neck shoulder pain that develops over a day of reaching forward to adjust students, working on the computer, etc. Sometimes I will meditate in this postion, when sitting gets too uncomfortable.

You can also apply 3 oil with cream on your neck and shoulder before doing this posture.

Method 3 with Double Terminator/Mala

Benefits: Remove neck & shoulder tension. Release stagnant body "Qi", balance chakra and bring happiness. For those who know some crystal therapy knowledge, you can put Double Terminator at your heart area when you raise your legs. It will further balance your body energy. Let it rest for 3 minutes or longer and enjoy.

It takes me a long time to get started to use essential oil because I never think much of aromatherapy. My wife 'forced' your 3 oil method on my stiff shoulder despite my protest.

Just one try totally change my thinking. I begin to understand why she respects you so much as a Teacher.

I have also try out ginger oil, lavendula oil footbath and rosemary etc for my hair.

I have to admit your oil and method are really good and effective.
