I know I can trust Bryan when he said the workshop is non religious. Crystal Class is a very good example.

This sounds good. I love both your crystal class and practical class. I am sure your meditation class will be as good as the rest of the workshops I have attended.

My male stylist of 10/1 has commented that Meditation cum Breathing Exercise can improve his hairgrowth n skin/face complexion more radiant.
I am very happy to buy Wang Yang Comb, Rosemary Spanish and Lavendula Vera(Beauty Hairset A) separately. It can improve my hairgrowth.
I love to attend 5 Element Exercise Class with Yin and Yang USA music. I am enjoying myself n dancing at Kim Keat Rm.
Another gd Workshop is Cooking Class. I am very busy boiling Liang Cha bec weather is too hot. I eat Lycium(Gou Qi Zhi). Wow, my face complexion super soft n more radiant.
Indeed, meditation is a good practice to stay in the present, so that the mind can keep relatively still instead of racing from one thought to another aimlessly.
But, meditation is also not a quick fix solution. It requires dedication, as well as a non-judgmental approach to truly gain from this age-old practice.
All the best for your class, Bryan.
Bryan, I like the method u teach us to relax during the classes. The music u choose is always very relaxing and I can picture myself standing besides waterfall or a tropical rainforest. I especially like the breathing exercise using colors. It was a an amazing experience. I make it a point to do breathing exercise every day.
I like the breathing exercise and all the relaxation techniques taught in class. It was a bit short though but I am surprised how colors can help to make me feel good and relax.
I enjoyed it because there's no superstitious belief in it.
I am glad that you are making this as a longer duration this time. I just can't have enough during the crystal class.
Perhaps you can also consider conducting a class solely on color therapy? That will be fun.
Just a suggestion. Hope you don't mind.

rolin
I am having sore eyes, mouth ulcer, sore throat n very poor in health.
I am very thankful that i have my Amethyst Mala n Bracelet with me.
I am chanting Medicine Buddha Mantra by pulling back my Mala in Music Therapy cum Meditation.
My kelvin has kissed at my right cheek 2 times by sudden surprise. I love touch therapy by hugging animal. I love the Breathing Exercise cum Meditation with Mala n Bracelet outdoor or natural park.
It is so romantic, very refreshing n relaxing to enjoy mother nature in this way.
Hi Consicous life, agreed with what u say and thats what i am going to share in class.
This quick class is to plant the seed in their mind and hopefully is their own will and determination to practice.
Learning meditation is as easy as ABC but determination is the one which they need to put in effort. But the thing is if they dont kick start now, no one will ever very interested in meditation in this fast pace society (many will have excuses not to attend).
Thats why i have design a meditation class with music therapy to inspire the interest in people.
Cheers
Yes, it's important to introduce meditation to as many people as possible, so that people can learn the techniques most appealing to them and then practice on their own or with a group.
From the look of it, some people are already benefiting from your class. Keep it up, Bryan.
