I have cleansed my bracelet with Ice Mountain Pure Drinking Water for the 1st time. It is very cooling n soothing effect to be touched by my hand.
I have tried alternate Nostril Breathing by reading book without anybody to guide me at all. It is really amazing n pleasant discovery.
For info 17 October 2009 is Deepavali Holiday. It was announced in the newspaper of the change from the original date of 15November 2009

I have being visiting 2 Hindu Temple at Bugis and Kreta Ayer a few times.

Kim's sandalwood powder is very nice smelling and effective. It is not a vast improvement but things are improving slowly.
I would say the credit also goes to the black tourmaline bracelet and amethyst mala. I wear the bracelet everyday and do my mala breathing whenever I can.

The sandalwood powder is quite good. The aroma is of course nice but the cleansing effect is there. I don't know how to describe but it works.
I like kim's sandalwood powder. It smells very nice and light.

Wow, it is super super fragrance to bathe myself with 5 element aroma oil. All my friend have said that the smell is really nice.
