Crystal formation is a scientific study of energy waves produced by the crystals. The negative and positive flow of energy when formed properly around a person can strengthen a person's aura, immune system, having better sleep and almost instant calmness recovered from shock. I am very very happy that I can share this during the practical class. (At last, I can explain what I learnt from my Engineering studies in crystal therapy!!)
I urged those who have not attended crystal class to come for the part one crystal class which is on 1st Nov 08. You will be equipped with skills for practical class and can perform self healing. During the practical class, while doing the 4 points energy release, many were tearing. I also have the same feeling. Not to worry because tearing is a good channel to release. You will be ok. I am not feeling very well with bad cold n very depressed that so many unpleasant things have happened to me these few days.
I have cried n bad mood that my stupid colleague have said something really hurt my pride without consider my feeling at all.
I have the gut to lay myself on the parquet with my only piece of Blk Tourmaline at the base of my leg, my whole body aching n so painful to bare it n shivering non-stop inside the air-con room.
I feel like crying after i have completed the session.

I have bought my 1st bracelet fm Bryan Lao Shi on 25/10/08.
I have my 1st Rose Quartz for soaking my yang energy for my tired eyes n my Chakra Bag n properly activated by Bryan Lao Shi n so powerful for healing n protection.
It has helped me to sleep very well bec i have insomina for one yr plus n irregular sleeping hr, cleansed n cleared my clogged bld vessel, there is a great gravity force that i am so sleepy that i fall asleep so suddenly, cured my bloated stomach, expel wind fm my body non-stop, cleansed n cured puffy eyes with sticky discharged on 26/10. I have be honest with u that i feel like crying, very depressed n got very angry easily that my male colleague for being too childish n immatured to say something hurting my pride on 26/10/08.
I am so frustrated n started to yell n shout n scolded my colleague damn idiot n frightened them on my 2nd day of wearing my bracelet on 26/10.
On 27/10, i have went to the park n hug Sa Sa for comfort n love, played with Bell Bell, have a chat with Uncle n visited, played with Kelvin for 15 mins at the pte condo.
Today, i feel slightly better, lesser, lesser pain n no need to take any medicine at night for gd nite sleep at all.

I can still wake up early every morning n very automatically without using my alarm clock for one yr plus.
I love to listern to music for relaxation. I can do some simple hsework like boiling one kettle of water for drinking.
I love to read yr 2 Blog like Vit C to Vit E nowaday bec i am very addicted to read for info n improved in my vocabulory n grammer bec u r a qualified sch teacher since 1997.

Lao Shi, Lao Shi, gd morning.
I am very eager to count fm tue, wed, thurs, fri n sat to see what surprise is in store for me on this special day.
To be Gui Ren, be kind to people around you, be compassionate and helpful. Then all siao ren will disappear.
If i am in trouble, Gui Ren will automatically help me to solve my job related or personal problem.
I am really blessed for being loved n respect by my friend, family, colleague n customer n received proper family support.
I have visited, hug, played Kevin, Bell Bell n Sa Sa bec they were my Bao Bei for love, comfort n healing pain for losing Jungel Bell ever since 21/10.
I have also memories flashed back to me that I have saw blk n grey tiger striped cat at the park or kopitiam to remind me of Jungel Bell for my sorrow n miss him so much.
Thk god, i am willing to spk out to someone or else i will be crazy to have so many things unpleasant to me so suddenly or got severe depression.
