AURA --- Cleansing -- Using Amethyst Mala


Aura is layers of electromagnetic fields that surround our body system. Sometimes when we go shopping or went to somewhere crowded, there is a tendency to feel tired and drained after that. This is because the aura around our body have debris of negative energy from other people. The color violet flame of purple amethyst can help you reduce this drained and tired feeling. After a heated arguments or back from office feeling strained and tired, hold the Mala with both hands. Breathe in deeply, hold your breath for 30 counts. Hi Bryan, very upset at work this morning. Your post came just in time. I tried the breathing method as I imagine the violet color of my amethyst cave.
I feel a lot better. Just 2 mins and I feel much better. I will do it again later on.
I like this pic of angel of healing. It seems to comfort my heart.

maybe you relax a bit and try not to think that something its going to happen. Relax and do the breathing exercise. I also put under my pillow or sometimes wear on my left wrist. It works for me, I do not have to depend on pills now.

U shld learn to relax yrself bec emotion do affect us.

If u do believe me, u can go to the park for breathing exercise with fresh air during offday or wkdend to smell flower fragrance, see tree or have a chat with new friend etc.

It is so stressful n so hectic to work in Sin.

On 15/9, i have went to the park for exercise. I can smell burnt candle so fragrant n see on the flooring has written Love with blue colour. I am very lucky that i can see for myself with smiling at my face.
