I use amethyst for meditation and whenever I need a clear mind. I feel very calm whenever I hold my amethyst bracelet.
However, good quality amethyst is very rare. Like what Helen has mentioned, a lot has been treated and colored.
Hi Bryan I receievd an amethyst bracelet as a birthday gift few years ago.
My best friend bought it for me from korea. She said it can help me to think better so I wear it everyday to work.
Its very very beautiful. Very dark purple color but shiny.
I feel it helps me to focus better and indirectly think better. It helps a lot especially when all my projects' datelines clashed with one another.
Bryan, the amethyst I see usually have lot of white contents. I know that is natural composition of the stone.
I seldom see those very dark and shiny ones. Even have also very very expensive. But then again, I will start to think whether the dark color ones are real ones or the treated ones. In the end, I dare not buy.
You know what? I was very happy when you showed us what is the real grade AAA amethyst.
I feel safer to buy from you. BTW, the hulu did help me to ward off a lot of small people.

Hi Bryan. The 1st time I experiencd breathing technique with colors was in 2003 during my company's retreat. The 2nd time was last year at the Yamaha seminar. The 3rd time was during the crystal class.
Now I make it a point to do it because I like the peaceful feeling. It clears up my unstable emotion, feels less stressful after doing it.

Your sunstone with dzi is very beautiful. The brown color initially does not look attractive against my tanned skin. But it think it has become more and more shiny, as though glowing from inside.
I feel I got the courage to speak up. More confident of myself when people listen and accept my ideas. I never have such feelings before.

Lao Shi, I made a whole list of positive affirmations. My brother laughed at me for being so longwinded. I dun care ah, I purposely recite all my affirmations to everyone in the family everyday after dinner.
Now they also start making positive statement every now and then. Very fun the house is full of positive energy!

Bryan, whenever I ask the people at the crystal shop what is amethyst good for. They will only tell me its good for wisdom.
But I cannot figure out how it can be used for wisdom. Its not that I don't believe what they said but how can it be used to make me a wiser person??? Anyway, I still bought an amethyst ball from one of the shop, with the hope I will become smarter!
Frankly speaking, I don't know whether I have become wiser a not, but I do feel tranquility at heart whenever I hold it.
Today after reading your blog, I gathered that amethyst can help to bring peace and calm the mind, therefore when the mind is clear with no excessive thoughts, one is able to focus better. Therefore, able to think and make decision more wisely.
Am I right to say so? I think it makes much sense to me to think this way, rather then,"Its for wisdom".

But I preferred to buy from Bryan lao shi because he does not persuade me to buy anything.
He just listen to my situation first, gave me advice and suggestions. Most importantly, I can see results from the crystals I bought from him.

I used to patronise one crystal shop in Fu Lu Shou because the lady provides very good after sales service. She will always give me discount since I am a regular. But the shop has closed down due to an increased in rent. I was very upset because it is not easy to find one you can trust.
Few months ago, my friend introduced me to this blog and I will visit this blog almost everyday.
However, it is only after attending the crystal class, I am very much convinced that I can trust Bryan as he did not teach anything airy fairy in the class. Everything is based on scientific logic. I gained a deeper insights on crystals therapy.
