Grounding

One of the most common problem for feeling unhappy, vaguely unwell and out of sorts, is being ungrounded. To be ungrounded means you are not fully in your physical body, you are not in your present moment, you keep thinking other things and stress and your energy is scattered in all directions. Therefore, it is always important for us to be grounded and stay focused.

Methods for Grounding:

1. Jump on grass field bare footed for 30 seconds.



2. Carry Smokey quartz as it helps grounding and stabilizing. It brings calm and centering, lifts depression, enhances practicality, and generally removes negative energies, bringing happiness. Smoky quartz is also a good luck stone. It can also assist in tapping subconscious wisdom. Smoky quartz is a protective stone, particularly for physical protection, protection from negativity, and psychic protection.
